The Convergys CM Development Program is affordable, and there are many sources of financial aid available to help you pay for tuition, including:
Improved Tuition Reimbursement
30-day Tuition Reimbursement
Up to $5,250 annually for Staff (including Team Leaders)
*Please note that the 30-Day Tuition Reimbursement exclusively for the Bellevue University P3CM Courses is an exception to the policy and is not listed on the Convergys Employee Portal. However, Convergys HR Direct is aware of the exception for the CM Development Program, and details of the exception have been made a part of the HR Direct online documentation and training. HR Direct is accessible via the employee portal or at 1-877-MYCVGHR.
45-day deferred billing
Payment is not due to Bellevue University until approximately 45 days after the course end date. This provides sufficient time to submit paperwork to Convergys and receive your tuition reimbursement.
Federal Financial Aid
If you wish to apply the P3CM Courses toward your bachelor's degree in Professional Customer Contact Center Management, you may be eligible for Title IV Federal Financial Aid (student loans). A Bellevue University
Student Financial Counselor can speak with you about applying for these loan programs.
GI Bill Benefits
The CM Development Program also qualifies for

No Cost Credit Transfers
Bellevue University does not charge to transfer
credits from other accredited colleges or universities.
Online Student Success Program
The
Online Student Success Program (OSSP) is FREE to students who enroll in the P3CM Courses.
