What is the difference between the bachelor's degree program and the Convergys CM Development Program Certificate of Completion learning program?
Both build off the Convergys CM Development Program courses. When you successfully complete the courses, you will receive 36 college credit hours and a Convergys CM Development Program Certificate of Completion. If you choose to build on your Convergys CM Development Program courses with general education and electives courses, you can complete your Bachelor of Professional Customer Contact Management from Bellevue University. If you already have a bachelor's degree, you will earn a second degree by successfully completing the 12 Convergys CM Development Program courses.
