The 12 P3CM Courses focus on the skills every Convergys employee should have to feel more confident on the job and make a difference at work.
When you complete the Courses, you will earn a Certificate of Completion AND you can apply all of the credits toward Bellevue University's Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Professional Customer Contact Center Management.

A leader in adult learning, Bellevue University recognizes that important learning takes place in a variety of venues. That's why they award adult learners credit for learning gained at other colleges and universities, on the job, in the military, and through CLEP and DSST for-credit exams.

How it works:
- A great place to start is by taking the Convergys CM Development Program. Worth 36 college credits, the courses in the program serve as the major for
the Bachelor of Science Degree in Professional Customer Contact Center Management.
- You also will need 36 credit hours of General Education core courses. You may have already taken college courses or have other learning that satisfies this requirement.

- Take Bellevue University's exclusive Kirkpatrick Signature Series. A requirement for all undergraduate students, the Kirkpatrick Signature Series is a set of courses
that provides an immersion in the concepts used to found our nation. The three courses total 9 college credit hours.
- Fill the total degree requirements of 127 college credit hours with Electives. Bellevue University has many ways to help you earn the credit you need.
Please note: If you have already earned your associate's degree, all the credits in the degree will transfer to your Bellevue University bachelor's degree. Any additional general education requirements are waived.
